Thank Him –
Even Jesus did! “So they took away the stone. And Jesus lifted up his eyes and said, ‘Father, I thank you that you have heard me.’” John 11:41 ESV
As a father or mother, it’s always heartwarming to hear a sincere “Thank You” from our children. No matter how often, it never gets old when we hear it from those we love, those we have given so much of our time, our love, our blessings, and for whom we have made ordinary or extraordinary sacrifices.
Since we are blessed to hear a sincere ‘Thank You’, it would seem that perhaps God would also be blessed to hear gratitude from His children! The children He has given so much to and for!
Our dear Father, we humbly acknowledge the wonderful blessings You have given us. Thank You for Jesus, Your unending Love, amazing Grace, forgiveness, hope, peace, health, eternal life, the list is endless! We pause now to express our sincere gratitude. Help us do so daily.
