How can We pray with you?
Prayer is direct communication with God. He hears every prayer. You do not need to ‘go through’ anyone, no priest nor pastor to speak to God. We are His dearly loved children; He loves to hear us speak to Him!
There does seem to be clear power in shared prayer, when several of His children are praying for the same thing. Here are a few verses which may indicate this follow, and notice each is referring to several people, not only one believer:
2 Chronicles 7:14 ESV “If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”
Matthew 18:20 ESV “For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.”
Matthew 6:9 ESV “Pray then like this, “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name.”
With this perspective, feel free to share your prayer requests with me. You may want to keep some details private, God knows those details already, or you may choose to clearly reveal them… it’s your choice. And I will pray with you (not just For you); I will join you in your prayer. I believe, no, I know… He will hear, and since He is hearing from you and me, and others, we have the 2 or 3 necessary for Him to be with us… He hears my friend… always.
We can boldly approach His throne of Grace!
