With You Always

Today’s Encouragement is, [Jesus said,] “And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:20b NLT

With You Always –

These are the final words of Jesus in the book of Matthew.

God is With Us!
The prophets told of His Presence, “Look! The virgin will conceive a child! She will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel, which means ‘God is with us.'” Matthew 1:23 NLT

Being in His Presence is the “only one thing.”
Jesus told Martha, “There is only one thing worth being concerned about. Mary has discovered it, and it will not be taken away from her.” Luke 10:42 NLT. “Her sister, Mary, sat at the Lord’s feet, listening to what he taught.” Luke 10:39 NLT
Mary chose to remain in His Presence, the ”only one thing.”

His Presence transforms us.
Peter and John were “recognized as men who had been with Jesus.” Acts 4:13b NLT

And He is with us evermore, even to the end of time.

Thank You, Father. You know how desperately we need You, more accurately, how much we need to be with You, in Your Presence, always, evermore. You are with us, in us, and we are with You, in You, by the grace of Jesus our Lord.
