Today’s Encouragement is, “Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.” 1 Peter 5:7 NLT
He Cares About You –
We all experience times, it may be moments, days, or seasons, when it seems like no one cares about us. It might be true! We are mostly looking out for ourselves, caring about ourselves! There are rare exceptions. Thank You, God!
But the truth is, no matter how close, how loving, how committed we might be to anyone, or they to us, we really are primarily concerned about ourselves.
Now reread today’s verse. God cares about you! You are His chosen adopted child. He loves you more than we can understand.
One reason Jesus came to earth is to show us what God is like, to reveal Him to us. Jesus said, “The Father and I are one.” John 10:30 NLT
God’s Love for us is perfectly expressed through Jesus. He cares about you and me. And there is no comparison to His care, concern, and love for us. No one ever has, will, or could care about you or take care of you, like Jesus.
So, my friend, we can give, release, and abandon all our worries and cares to God, because He cares for us!
Thank You, Jesus, for caring for us so perfectly. We trust You, we rely on You. We give and release our every worry, care, fear, need, hope, and dream to You. Because You care!
