Today’s Encouragement is Isaiah 26:3 NLT You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you!

Perfect Peace-

1 Peter 5:7 NLT Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.

Philippians 4:6-7 NLT Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. [7] Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.

Do you see it? God’s Peace, His Perfect Peace… is available to us!

It isn’t automatic, it isn’t normal for us – harried, fretting, obsessing humans… but it is available to those who trust God!  How? 

Review these verses (and there are many others) which reveal to us the key choices we must make in order to experience (Phil 4:7) God’s Perfect Peace “which exceeds anything we can understand “!

Some excerpts from these verses:

Trust Him, Fix your thoughts on Him, Give Him (release to Him) all your worries and cares, Don’t worry-instead Pray! Tell Him your needs and Be grateful, thanking Him for everything He has done!

We’ve been given complete forgiveness and eternal life, for this alone we can be eternally grateful!

Notice the result of these choices… “Then… after we have done these things, made these choices… then- you will experience God’s Peace!” 

Father, Your kindness and blessings for us are truly wonderful, and far beyond our understanding! Help us to choose to live in Your Peace!
