Today’s Encouragement is John 15:12 This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.
As I have loved you –
My friend, think on this for a moment. “How has Christ loved you?” Just consider that question. Selah.
Now, whatever comes to your mind, your heart, in response to that question… in that same way, my brother and sister, we are commanded by Christ, to love one another.
Hopefully we quickly recognize, ‘But I can’t do that!’ Because we cannot! Oh my friends.. But God Can!
Father God, we admit are not capable on own, of such Love. Only if You transform us, and express Your perfect Love, Agape Love, through us to others, only then can we truly love as You love. Thank you for always loving us!
