Today’s Encouragement is Psalm 95:6 Oh come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the LORD, our Maker!
Let us worship-
Individually, privately, in church, in our bedroom, in the garden or in the woods. (Why is it we don’t want anyone to see us worship God?)
Not to be seen by people… but to humble myself before my God, my Maker, my Master, Savior, Lord of my life and of all that exists, Lord of Time and Lord of Lords… my Father. Before His majesty and glory and power… of course… I must kneel! Of course, I must be in awe! Of course, I must recognize my unworthiness, of course, I must fall to the ground before Him!
I fall and knell before Him – partially in fear of His awesome power and glory and holiness, partially in recognition of my unworthiness, partially in my own imperfect adoration and love and respect and honor of all that He Is!…
I kneel…
Before My God…
I worship, adore, honor, respect, love, thank, and praise God!
And all this I do because Jesus made the Way for me to come to God, forgiven, restored, redeemed, as a deeply loved, adopted chosen son.
To This Father, I kneel and worship and bow down.
Will you join me?
Come let us worship
Amen brother Rick
