Is Anything Too Hard –
Sometimes, and all too often, we can become overwhelmed by this earthly life. War, disease, grief, depression, loneliness, decaying society, glorification of sin, rampant lawlessness… The list of discouraging factors may differ for each of us, but the impact is still similar. Our prayer list continues to grow with the many varied and desperate needs of God’s people…
Yet we know…
None of this surprises God!
The world is and will continue, becoming darker (Matt. 24:10-12),
Until Jesus returns! (Phil.1:6),
The light of Christ has, now, already, and will forever, overcome the darkness. (John 1:5),
And “He will continue to rescue us” (2 Cor. 1:10 NLT ).
Father God, we so often need to be reminded of the unlimited nature of Your power. You are completely unlimited! And we also need Your reassurance. Thank You for the assurance that our Faith in You provides. We choose again, still, and always – to trust in YOU!
