Today’s Encouragement is Isaiah 41:10 “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
For I am with you –
God is with us, He will strengthen us, He will help us & He will uphold us. We need not fear. We can choose to fear, but we need not!
God is creative, from The Beginning, He created and continues to create. He is creative in His dealings with His children. He sometimes repeats His plans and actions in a similar manner, but more often He does so in totally new ways, creating a new approach as He deems right.
Consider as an example, the variety of interactions between God and His people. To Samuel as a child, He was a voice at night, to Mary an Angel, to Moses through the burning bush, to Gideon through a fleece, to Paul a blinding light, and dozens of other, varied, interactions. He is not subject to a formula, not in how He speaks to and guides His people, nor in any other way.
He does not change.
He is unlimited.
He is ultimate creator.
Another example is in His rescue of His people in the Bible, He sometimes strengthened them so they would be victorious in battle, and sometimes He Himself destroyed the enemy.
The Bible history is replete with His creative approaches to dealing with us…
So my friends, do not try to figure out ‘the way’ to get God to do what you ask. He hears, He loves you, He knows what His plans are for you, and He will respond to your need in the best way to guide you into His plans for you. Because my friend, you are so very precious to Him.
