Today’s Encouragement is Galatians 2:20 “I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”
I live by Faith –
This new life is a life of faith, Christ living within us, by faith. Our faith is the enabler, the facilitator, the fertile ground which allows the seed of God’s presence, His Holy Spirit, to grow, mature, and become the predominant factor in our character. We no longer live – but Christ. This is only possible by faith, we don’t always ‘feel’ dead to sin, we don’t always ‘feel’ the new life of Christ living within and through us… rather we choose to believe this – by faith. We choose to trust His word, His promises, His truths and invest ourselves in what God says, and then… we are living by Faith… and Christ lives within, and through us.
Father God, Help us to live our new life, now, in Christ, by Faith. Please strengthen our Faith Lord.
