Today’s Encouragement is, “My health may fail, and my spirit may grow weak, but God remains the strength of my heart; he is mine forever.” Psalm 73:26 NLT
The Strength of My Heart –
We don’t want to be weak, sick, defeated, helpless, in need, broken, or beaten down by life, people, or circumstances… but it happens! There are seasons of life when we are ‘on top of the world’ and times when we are ‘hitting bottom.’
Yet, when we believe in Jesus, we are… always strong! Even when everything and everyone is against us… because God is the Strength of our Heart!
We may not feel like it, our circumstances may still be dire, gray, dull, even black with hopelessness… but God is still unfazed; He is still the Strength of our hearts!
Our feelings, circumstances, emotions, health, finances, and relationships all will fluctuate… and all these will fail at times and ultimately fade away! But God! He is now, still, and eternally… The Strength of our Hearts!
This Strength is Truth; it is ours only through Faith in Him, not by sight, feeling, or physical evidence.
Father God, You know that we always need you. You created all humankind to need You! Thank You for being all we need! You are always our Strength, regardless of our circumstances and feelings.
