Today’s Encouragement is Hebrews 6:10 NLT For God is not unjust. He will not forget how hard you have worked for him and how you have shown your love to him by caring for other believers, as you still do.
Shown Your Love –
We show our Love for God, by caring for other believers. Now, it’s essential to recognize the Source, the beginning, the Genesis of all genuine Love. God IS Love (1 John 4:8) and He First Loved us! (1 John 4:19) and God ‘so loved’ (John 3:16) that Jesus came to live and die and live again… to set us right with God.
Now my friends, because we are 1) First, loved by God, 2) have become His children by our choosing to accept His Love, 3) we become, and are now, the vessels, the jars of clay (Ref) which are filled with His Love. And 4) we are now able to share His Love by caring for others.
First God loves us, next, we accept and receive His Perfect Love, then we are filled and able to overflow His Perfect Love to those around us. And finally, 5) these will pour out His Love to others…
This is, Still, God’s plan. His plan of Love for humankind. He hasn’t changed the plan; He never will.
Thank You, Father, for Your Immeasurable and Perfect Love for us, which we can receive as Your free gift, and then we can overflow Your Love to others… so that we are known, as Your people, by Love.
