Today’s Encouragement is John 1:6-8 “There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. [7] He came as a witness, to bear witness about the light, that all might believe through him. [8] He was not the light, but came to bear witness about the light.”
Bear witness –
Friends we have this same calling, no matter who we are now, what we like or don’t like, our comfort zone or our feelings.
We are all to bear witness to the Light of Jesus Christ.
We’re His brothers and sisters.
He is the Way, the truth, and the life.
We are ambassadors for Christ. We can be good ambassadors or poor ones, but regardless of our performance… we cannot avoid the truth that we represent Him to this dark and dying world!
Help us Lord to bear witness, to be good ambassadors for Jesus in this life, in this day, and throughout our lifetime on this earth.
