Today’s Encouragement is Isaiah 55:10-11 “For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven and do not return there but water the earth, making it bring forth and sprout, giving seed to the sower and bread to the eater, [11] so shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it.”
My word… shall succeed –
Consider my friends, God’s Word watering and nourishing the ‘earth’ of our hearts, souls, and spirits. His Word as the truth of the Bible, as Christ – The Word of God, and as the Holy Spirit dwelling, abiding and residing within us. And His Word will not fail, it will accomplish His purpose… it will Succeed!
The Word of God is so powerful, so rich, so eternal, so enlightening, so revealing, so overwhelming… and it is Victorious!
When we speak the Word of God over our lives, our friends, our prayers, our needs, over anything… His Word will Succeed!
Father Help us to recognize the Power and Success of Your Word, to honor You by honoring Your Word. Thank You Father for the wonderful Gift of Your Word, Jesus Himself, and the written Word as well.
