Today’s Encouragement is, “We love each other because he loved us first.” 1 John 4:19 NLT
Because He Loved –
Here are just a few of the biblical truths about God’s Love:
1 John 4:8-9
But anyone who does not love does not know God, for God is love. [9] God showed how much he loved us by sending his one and only Son into the world so that we might have eternal life through him.

We love each other because he loved us first.
John 13:34
So now I am giving you a new commandment: Love each other. Just as I have loved you, you should love each other.
1 Corinthians 13:13
Three things will last forever-faith, hope, and love-and the greatest of these is love.
God’s Love:
Is fully demonstrated through Jesus.
Comes into our hearts first, then flows out of us to others.
Causes us to love others just like God has loved us.
Is even greater than Faith and Hope and lasts forever.
My friend, God’s Truth about Love is life-transforming! It is not simply a nice concept to be thought about on occasion, a sermon topic, or some unattainable ideal expectation. It is Truth, Fact, Eternal, and the very Nature of God. It is the essential element of all creation!
Father God, we admit our limited understanding of Your Perfect Love. We also admit our imperfect ability to love as You do, yet we long to do so, because You created us in Love, saved us by Love, and taught us to Love You and others. Help us to fully accept Your Love and then to reflect Your Love; Your character living within us and through us.
