Today’s Encouragement is, “So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus.” Romans 8:1 NLT
No Condemnation-
For those who belong to Jesus, who believe He is the Son of God, the Savior, Lord of all. That’s us! We Belong to Him! We are His!
And this is our relationship. His Love for and ownership of us is met by our acceptance of His power, sovereignty, and position as our God.
We do not surrender ourselves to Him reluctantly, or with reservations, but wholly and with complete abandon. This is our surrender, enabled only by His Grace.
And we then, as His own, are now in a new state of existence. Transformed, Reborn , Adopted, Forgiven, even made Perfect!
So that now, because we are His, there is No Condemnation for you and me! None! We have the righteousness of Christ as our cleansing. No sin clings to us! Because no sin can cling to Jesus!
This also reveals, sadly, that Condemnation of sin does cling to those who do not belong to Him. And that is tragic. Without His Grace, that would be true for us also.
Our Father, we are amazed by Your Grace that You would choose to adopt us as Your children, cleanse us, and save us. Thank You that we now live with No Condemnation! It is too wonderful. You are Wonderful!
