Today’s Encouragement is, “Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take.” Proverbs 3:6 NLT
He Will Show You –
Some of us never bother to ask God or seek His will for direction. Some ask Him about ‘the big stuff,’ and some ask even about minutiae! We are all such fickle creatures!
But here is Wisdom’s advice! In all you do! Every action, choice, and decision… seek His will! His will is defined throughout the Bible, and the best way to know His will is to read His word! There are several helpful verses such as: (Jeremiah 29:11, 1 Thessalonians 5:18, Psalm 23:3, Psalm 119:105)
Notice the assurance in these verses – He will show you, direct you, and give you confidence and direction.
One final point… “In All You Do”. No, not just occasionally, not only the big things but also not neglecting what others may consider insignificant matters. God isn’t ’too busy’ or ‘too important’ to be bothered by things that matter to us! We are His beloved children! When we ask Him for help (Seek His Will), He is happy to be involved with us! When my family calls for my advice, I’m always very blessed! And God’s Love is infinitely greater than mine!
He will show you!
Father, we thank You for the continuous assurance of Your help and Your Presence with us as we navigate the pathways of our lives. Help us remember to seek Your will in all we do!
