Today’s Encouragement is, “Long ago God spoke many times and in many ways to our ancestors through the prophets. And now in these final days, he has spoken to us through his Son. God promised everything to the Son as an inheritance, and through the Son, he created the universe. The Son radiates God’s glory and expresses the very character of God, and he sustains everything by the mighty power of his command. When he had cleansed us from our sins, he sat down in the place of honor at the right hand of the majestic God in heaven.” Hebrews 1:1-3 NLT
Through His Son –
This is a description of the Son of God, and He is indescribable! There is so much substantive truth here.

God speaks to us through Jesus.
Jesus has inherited everything from God.
God created the universe through Jesus.
Jesus radiates God’s glory!
Jesus expresses the very character of God.
Jesus sustains everything by the mighty power of His command.
Jesus has cleansed us from our sins.
Jesus sits in the place of honor at the right hand of the majestic God in heaven.
Re-read it; let it soak into your soul.
Jesus is all this! And more!
Yes, Jesus, while on earth, was humble, kind, and compassionate. And this same Jesus is now glorious, brilliant light, sitting at God’s right hand, creator of all things, King over everything. (Revelation 1:10-16)
Savior and friend. God and carpenter. Lion and Lamb. Jesus truly is Everything.
Father God, You give sight to the blind; please open our eyes to see as much as our human mind can comprehend the true nature of Jesus, Your Perfect Son, and our Perfect Lord!
