Tomorrow

Today’s Encouragement is, “So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries.” Matthew 6:34a NLT

Tomorrow –

Pop culture calls it “Living in the Now.”  Yesterday is gone, and tomorrow never comes… 

The Biblical perspective is the source of this modern-day wisdom (it is the source of All true Wisdom!)

Consider these examples:

God provided daily food for Israel for each day. (Exodus 16:12)

God’s Mercy for us is new every morning- (Lamentations 3:22-23) 

He pours His love on us each day – (Psalm 42:8) 

Jesus taught us to pray, “Give us our daily bread.” (Luke 11:3)

And today’s verse – don’t worry about tomorrow.

Is it possible that- we are reborn each day? As believers, we are free from our past, assured of ‘new’ mercy (for the past, present, and future), and promised God’s provision and protection for our future. 

God’s grace and forgiveness have covered our past and erased our sins and failures, and His promises have also assured our future! God has good plans for us! (Jeremiah 29:11)

So, my friend, 

Enjoy the freedom He has provided us – today! 

Thank You, Jesus, for the amazing grace of a new life each day, a clean slate, and the promises of tomorrow.  Help us to rejoice in the freedom You have already provided us!

I Know Who Holds Tomorrow
