His Faith Grew Stronger

Today’s Encouragement is, “Abraham never wavered in believing God’s promise. In fact, his faith grew stronger, and in this, he brought glory to God.” Romans 4:20 NLT

His Faith Grew Stronger – 

I want my Faith to grow stronger.

What? Don’t you feel like your faith is already strong?  Of course, I do, but as I grow in faith, I see my faith’s cracks, weaknesses, and faults more clearly.  I’m not being overly critical or nit-picking, but honestly recognizing that my faith, although strong and still growing… is not a finished product.  It is a lifelong project. 

At times, we might begin to reflect on our lives. What have been our priorities? Were these the right ones? Is it time to reconsider? Perhaps our goals have been achieved, or maybe we’ve recognized that they aren’t that important anymore. It may be time to reassess our direction.

It’s an excellent plan to do this periodically. It seems that God has led me in a new direction about every ten years, and I’m very grateful for this! 

And the result?  My Faith has grown – Stronger.

Want this for yourself? The first step is to ask Him! Pray! We can do nothing on our own, but He can do anything He chooses! 

Set aside some downtime to think and pray. Ask yourself, “What are my priorities and goals, and what do I want my life to be like from today on?” Write it down, edit it, and revise it. 

You may find that growing Stronger in Faith is at the top of your list! 

Father God, we need You to strengthen our Faith.  Help us grow in our relationship with You in Faith, Hope, and Love.
