How very much –
My friend, all of us who accept Christ are deeply, even immeasurably, loved by our Father!
Just consider this sampling of blessings He has already granted us…
We are:
His sons and daughters
Made righteous by the Blood of Jesus
Filled with the Holy Spirit
Clothed with Christ
Protected- No weapon formed against us will prevail
More than conquerors
Given a spirit of power, love, and self-control
Given the mind of Christ
The righteousness of God.
Able to do all things through Christ who gives us strength…
And there is even more!
Don’t fall prey to the idea that “There is some truth in the Bible, but you can’t believe everything in it.” Instead, take God at His Word! Accept and believe it; believe what God says, and set aside your opinions, and what others say is true. Jesus is the Truth! And God’s word contains all of the Truth.
Whether we feel it or not, whether we understand it or not, whether the great academic minds, philosophers, and theologians of this fallen world believe it or not… accept His Word as Your own Truth!
And consider… how immeasurable the Love the Father has for you… and in addition to all this… He gave His Son to bring us into His Family.
Father God, such Great, Wonderful, and Amazing Love is just too much for our human minds to conceive. Please help us to accept Your amazing Love even though we understand it so little.
