Today’s Encouragement is, [Jesus said,] “And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:20 NLT
I Am With You –
He’s given many descriptive names in the Bible, one is Immanuel, which means “God with us.”
While He was physically here 2000 years ago… He was with us.
Today, as the Holy Spirit, He is still with us… and always will be!
Notice what Jesus said and how He said it. “I AM with you… always.” He spoke in the present tense (I AM) and then added… eternity!
My friend, God is With You! He is for you, and He Loves you more than you can imagine!
“For God has said, “I will never fail you. I will never abandon you.” Hebrews 13:5b NLT
Jesus said, “Be sure of this:” We may not recognize His Presence with us, may not feel or sense it, or may not even believe it…. Does that change God’s Truth?
We have His Word to reveal His Truth to us, Truth which cannot come to us from any other source, from Him alone, His Word. So, we live by faith – believing Him and His Truth. Understand it or not, feel it or not, think we deserve it or not, (No. One. Ever. Can!)
Father God, we choose now to accept by faith that you are with us always, eternally, evermore. Open our eyes, ears, minds, hearts, and spirits… to know Your Presence.
You are here, with me, now and evermore.
