Today’s Encouragement is John 17:23a NLT I am in them and you are in me.
I Am In Them –
It’s not a new thought for believers, but it’s certainly a concept that bears exploration, study, and reconsideration.
God Is With Us.
In John 17, Jesus focuses His prayer on us… “everyone who will ever believe in me” (John 17:20), so please don’t exclude yourself from thinking that He was only praying for His disciples.
Centuries before His birth, Isaiah prophesied that His name would be Immanuel – which means God With Us (Isaiah 7:14). In this final prayer just before His death, Jesus makes perfectly clear that He is and always will be – with us.
We may not realize it or feel it; it doesn’t seem very logical, and there is no way to prove it objectively… but God said it. And by choosing to believe what God says, we can come to a more complete trust, understanding, and unwavering faith in His Truth.
Thank You, Father God, that You are With Us, You are In Us, always, eternally – we are never alone.
Never Once
