Today’s Encouragement is Isaiah 26:3 NLT You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you.
Perfect Peace –
We might respond, “Really? Perfect peace? God will keep us in Perfect Peace?
If we fix our thoughts on Him? Really Lord? This is kinda hard to believe… even if it is in the Bible.”
And He might reply, “But it’s the Truth. You can choose to believe my Truth or not. The choice is yours. Still, I want you to know the Truth because that is how you become free… by knowing Truth… and this is Truth.”
So, my friend – Try it. Fix your thoughts, and focus your mind, on God. Consider His perfect love for you. He has good plans for you, He is working to bring you closer to His heart. He has completely forgiven us, and He has forgotten our sin too… He has given us eternal life…
At this very moment. He is Perfect Peace for your heart, mind, and your spirit. Rest in Him, His Truth.
You might want to step outside, stand in the sunshine, look up at the sky, and consider God as Creator, is anything too difficult for Him? He has saved you, selected you, and sealed you with His Holy Spirit. He lives in you. Yes, there it is… His Perfect Peace.
Thank You, Father, for Your immeasurable blessings, including Your Perfect Peace. Help us to rest in You.
