Today’s Encouragement is Ephesians 3:18 NLT And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is.
How Deep His Love –
Love – almost universally – we write about it, sing songs about it, dedicate our time, money, and energy, and thought to pursue it… We recognize the essential need of all humans to be loved!
But most are – looking for love in all the wrong places (as the old song goes).
This prayer continues… that we may have the power to understand the amazing Love of God…
This Love is what every human needs, desires, and searches for! This Love alone satisfies the soul.
This Love is eternal, always undeserved, always freely given, always brings rebirth, cleansing, hope, joy, peace, contentment, and wholeness to everyone who believes!
God’s Love is Wide, Long, High, and Deep. And God alone gives a human being the Power to understand it.
God is Love (1 John 4:16)
And the cross of Jesus perfectly demonstrated the undefinable – the Love of God.
“For God so Loved…” US!
Father, we are in awe of You, anytime we consider You… we are in awe…
That You would Love us and give Your Son for us… and care for us, and listen to our prayer, and provide for our needs, and comfort us with Your Holy Spirit, and give us eternal life with You, and protect us, and prepare a place for us to be with You forever… and so much more.
Your Love, which is Your very nature, is overwhelming.
