Today’s Encouragement is Ephesians 3:16 NLT I pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources he will empower you with inner strength through his Spirit.
He Will Empower You –
Ever consider that God’s resources are unlimited? And glorious? And out of these glorious, unlimited resources…
God will empower you!
Empower you with inner Strength!
He does this through His Spirit, the Holy Spirit who lives in every believer. This doesn’t depend on our strength! He does this in us!
Now we know we can’t do anything by ourselves, right? “Apart from me you can do nothing” John 15:5.
However! “I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.” Philippians 4:13
One writer summarized this truth with, “I cannot, but He can!”
When we think we can ‘do this’ (whatever it is) on our own… we are just wrong.
For us, as believers in Christ, God works on our behalf (Romans 8:28)! And He Empowers our inner strength, through His Spirit, out of His glorious riches!
Our Father God, help us, to surrender our lives to Your immeasurable strength and power. That Your Spirit may Empower and Strengthen us from Your glorious and unlimited resources!
