Today’s Encouragement is Psalm 92:2 NLT It is good to proclaim your unfailing love in the morning, your faithfulness in the evening,
In The Morning –
How do you start your morning? And end your evening?
The One who created the day, the night, and you too… has a suggestion…
How about thanking God each morning for His many blessings, for His Unfailing Love… praising Him… focusing your mind, soul, and spirit on Who He Is.
So much better than starting out the day by thinking about what you need to do today, the mistakes you made yesterday, the fears of what may happen tomorrow, the problems of this life, of the world…
And In the evening-
Thank Him for the good things that you encountered today, the kind words you said or were said to you, the good weather or a warm house when it’s cold… a day of health or a day of less pain than before…
Even if everything is going bad… find something to thank God for. You believe in Jesus as your Lord? Then you have Eternal Life! Thank Him! The trouble and pain of this life will soon end… and not even be worth remembering in the next life of Joy, Peace, and Contentment! Thank Him!
What and How we think matters! Start and end each day, thanking and praising God!
This will set you free from focusing on yourself, your problems, your fears… and give you strength and hope and peace!
Father, thank You for the wisdom You have provided, us, the Truth You’ve given us in Your Word. Help us to listen, hear, and obey Your Truth. To begin and end… everyday, everything…with You…
