Today’s Encouragement is 2 Corinthians 4:16b NLT …Our spirits are being renewed every day.
Renewed Every Day –
We often think that we are imprisoned, shaped, and controlled by our past. Especially by our past sins, failures, mistakes, and even the abuse of, or by others. We think, “This is who I am – the accumulated garbage of all the wrong things that I have done and have been done to me.”
This is true for many! But not for you and me!
Now, we all realize and believe that when we accepted Christ as Savior, we were cleansed and reborn! It’s a wonderful Truth! But this rebirth isn’t the end… rather, it is the beginning! Because “Our spirits are being renewed every day” …
Lamentations 3:22-23 ESV “The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning…”
You are Not a prisoner of your past, good or bad… you are a brand-new person today and every day! Forgiven! Cleansed! Reborn! Daily! Hourly! Minute by minute… by the Grace, Mercy, and Love of God Himself.
Science has even confirmed the truth of rebirth! Human cells regenerate; each day about 1% of our cells are replenished! (Scientific American 4/1/21)
2 Corinthians 5:17 NLT “This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!”

Father God, help us to choose to believe, to live in Your Truth, not according to the wisdom of this world. Thank You for renewing us every day! You are so Good!
