Today’s Encouragement is Ephesians 3:12 (NLT) Because of Christ and our faith in him, we can now come boldly and confidently into God’s presence.
Boldly And Confidently –

Boldly and Confidently? Into God’s Presence? Really? This seems almost wrong… it seems too casual, too familiar… But this is God’s Word, His idea, His plan… not what we are comfortable with. (He isn’t very concerned about us being comfortable…He’s much more concerned with our character than with our comfort!)
So, because of Christ (don’t forget this important explanation, He is the reason we can do this…) My friend, we are welcome in God’s presence… we belong here… we are His family… His own.
He is still God… Still Almighty… Still All-Knowing… Still All-Powerful… yet…
Because of Jesus…
We Belong Here… in His Presence.
Remember Jesus made us Righteous (Romans 5:1) we are now ‘Right’ with God… we have no need to fear the Father who loves us, created us, redeemed us, and made us right with Him! We can even call Him “Daddy” (Romans 8:15).
I know it seems uncomfortable, too familiar… but this isn’t my idea, or some philosopher’s idea… this is the Bible telling you and me this truth!
Father God, You are so amazing to us, that we could be Your family, and come into Your Holy presence boldly and with confidence… all because of our faith in Jesus. Help us to accept this truth, and to come, boldly and confidently into Your Presence in prayer, worship and praise… because of our faith in Jesus.
