Today’s Encouragement is Psalm 19:1-4a NLT The heavens proclaim the glory of God. The skies display his craftsmanship. Day after day they continue to speak; night after night they make him known. They speak without a sound or word; their voice is never heard. Yet their message has gone throughout the earth, and their words to all the world.
The Heavens Proclaim –
Do you ever?
Stare at a sunrise or sunset and been overwhelmed with the beauty, the colors, the uniqueness of every single day, even changing minute by minute… truly magnificent artistry…
Or a majestic snow-capped mountain range,
Or the huge, deep, unexplorable expanse of the ocean, or the skies, or the universe…
The miracle of birth, the infinite variety of life – human, animal, plants.
The anatomy of a single cell, which we are still exploring…
Ever allow the Awe of these creations, all Creation, to overtake, overwhelm, and overcome you?
Just the sky alone, in this passage, is enough… to Proclaim the Glory of God.
There’s no genuine denial. Our world, this universe, all that is… Proclaims His Glory.
May I suggest we pause for just a moment… to consider that… God has made Himself known, to all the world through His magnificent Creation. “The heavens proclaim the Glory of God!”
