Today’s Encouragement is Psalms 121:1-2 NLT I look up to the mountains – does my help come from there? My help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth!
My Help –
When we are struggling, we often only look down, our face is ‘downcast’ we look only at the problems that we see.
It’s surprising how things change when we ‘look up’ when we raise our eyes and look beyond the problems for God’s help, looking past the monster facing us to the Rescuer coming behind him.
Lift your eyes my friend (it’s your choice what you focus on) to God… He is our help! There’s nothing He cannot do!
Lord grant us enough hope, enough faith to look to You for our help. Help us to resist looking anywhere else. Our help comes from You, Lord!
