Today’s Encouragement is Revelation 4:2-3 NLT And instantly I was in the Spirit, and I saw a throne in heaven and someone sitting on it. The one sitting on the throne was as brilliant as gemstones-like jasper and carnelian. And the glow of an emerald circled his throne like a rainbow.
Sitting On The Throne –
The description of the Throne of God in Revelation 4 is the most thorough in the Bible. It invokes a sense of Awe, Wonder, and Amazement. In the Very Presence of God, we as His people, will be overwhelmed with His Majesty and Glory.
This is who He is today, yesterday, and forever… and we are His people, He chosen, adopted, and deeply loved family, and we are now – and will be always, privileged and welcomed to come into His Presence!
And when we do… in the future, when we leave this life behind, and also now as we worship Him in spirit and in truth… when we are Spiritually in His Presence… we will sing, “Praise the Lord!”, “Holy is Your Name!”, and exalt and worship Him without limitation. And my friends, nothing else matters… Nothing!
I invite you to do so now… as you listen to this song, allow your mind to envision His Throne, and also, envision yourself in His presence, purified by Jesus, who sits at His right hand… you are completely and perfectly Loved, accepted, and welcomed here… Now; Worship Him.
Father God, we come before You to worship You. We admit that we do so imperfectly, yet it is still, our desire, to sincerely worship You. Help us to Worship You Father.
