Today’s Encouragement is Romans 8:38-39 ESV For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
The Love of God in Christ –
A story is told of a great theologian who was speaking all over the US and after he had finished his speaking tour, a reporter asked him, “Can you summarize your beliefs in one sentence?” Without hesitation, the great theologian replied, “Jesus loves me, this I know, for the Bible tells me so.”
My friends, our Father God knows you and me, He knows our hearts, our loves, our fears, and our failures. Yet nothing can separate us from His love, through Jesus.
Because… God sees us through Jesus. We are clothed with Christ, (Gal. 3:27) wrapped in His Purity and Perfection, even in His Holiness.
And God has loved us so, that He has made a way, The Way… for us to live, both now and forever… in this perfect Love of God.
Father God, we all need to be reminded that You Love Us… even though You know us perfectly and completely. And we who are In Christ, are purified by His blood. Help us continue to look to Jesus alone and remain sure of this… Nothing can separate us from Your Love.
