Today’s Encouragement is Hebrews 3:14 NLT For if we are faithful to the end, trusting God just as firmly as when we first believed, we will share in all that belongs to Christ.
Faithful To The End –
Friends, we all fail, falter, fumble, flee, and we quit, and then we give up… you get the picture. We try, we really do… and sometimes we have great success, but in the end, all our human efforts will ultimately fail us!
But God!
God knows us, He knows this about us, so He made The Way for us…
Remember Jesus addressed this in John 15:5 “Apart from me you can do nothing.”
But with Him… Philippians 4:13 “For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.”
Our Hope, our ability to overcome our (failed, flawed, frustrating) human nature is only In (and through) Jesus!
Because… 2 Timothy 2:13a “If we are unfaithful, he remains faithful…”
We will remain faithful, by returning to faith, turning away from our failures, again and again… all the way to the end… so that we will enter Eternal Life with Him – Because we trust in Him, in His Faithfulness, not in our own! He is the Way!
Thank You, Faithful Father, for doing for us that which we cannot do ourselves. Help us to continually rely on You for everything, even our Faith. We trust in You alone.
