Today’s Encouragement is Ephesians 2:10 NLT For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.
God’s Masterpiece-
When we think of God’s Masterpiece, we might think of a Sunset, unique every day, brilliant colors filling the sky… this is truly a Masterpiece! Or even a snowflake, under a microscope, complex and uniform, or the beauty of majestic mountains, the power of a thunder and lightning storm… All these are certainly His Masterpieces.
But we then look at ourselves and think, “Really? This – is a masterpiece?” But it isn’t with human eyes that His masterpiece is visible, my friends. God’s eyes see differently than yours and mine.
And this is Truth, whether we believe it or not… We are God’s Masterpieces!
Remember that we are His chosen, adopted, cleansed, reborn, redeemed people. Washed white as snow! We are re-created by His Hand!
May not feel it, probably don’t! May not see it, may not understand it.., but by Faith (and only by Faith) it is possible to believe, and accept it!
Say it with me… I am God’s Masterpiece!
Don’t let the rest of this verse pass by…
we are created to do, to walk in, to live a life full of… good works.
He will guide us, His Masterpiece into the good works He has planned (for a long, long time) for us to do.
Father, help us to Listen to You and to trust that made each of us a unique Masterpiece, newly re-created to do Your good works. Please guide us in the good works we are to do this day.
