Today’s Encouragement is Colossians 2:6-7 NLT And now, just as you accepted Christ Jesus as your Lord, you must continue to follow him. [7] Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness.

And Then –
Our faith is strong in truth and Thankfulness Overflows!
This is the Christian life… a growing life (roots, grow strong) till overflowing occurs.
It begins with ‘Accepted’. God invites, welcomes us, beckons us, calls us. And our role is to Accept Jesus. We Accept Him, as our Lord – our Master, Guide, Shepherd, as our God. And we then Continue to Follow Him. We persevere, we remain, we dwell with Him… as part of His Church, we Continue… Next, we Let (allow) our roots grow deep –
We build our lives upon Him… He guides us in this, but WE DO this… we Allow our roots, and we Allow our lives to be built upon Him.. a Choice we make, a Decision…
And Then – my friends, and THEN! Our faith becomes Strong in Truth, because – we Accept Jesus as Lord, Continue to Follow, Let Roots grow deep, build life on Him!
And we then overflow with gratitude.
Father Help us to choose to Continue To Follow… that You may become Strong in us… that our lives may overflow with Gratitude for Who you are, What You have done, and What you are going to Do!
