Today’s Encouragement is Hebrews 7:25 AMPC Therefore He is able also to save to the uttermost (completely, perfectly, finally, and for all time and eternity) those who come to God through Him, since He is always living to make petition to God and intercede with Him and intervene for them.
To intercede-
Listen to the finality, the absoluteness, completeness, the permanence in this verse. Jesus is able to save… To The Uttermost – further described so beautifully as (completely, perfectly, finally, and for all time and eternity)!
Do you hear it – Once and For All – in Jesus’ own words, “It IS Finished!”
And He is Always Living in order to petition, intercede and intervene… for you and me! More permanence, more eternal… always! Jesus lives and speaks for us , stands between and takes our place! In the Presence of God!
Is it possible my friends, that Jesus is speaking for us, in God’s Presence, for our sin, saying- “Father, remember that one is Mine, that one believes in Me, that one is covered by my blood.” God doesn’t need reminding my friends, but we certainly do.
Jesus always lives to intercede for you and me.
