to work together

Today’s Encouragement is Romans 8:28 NLT “And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.”

To work together-

As with every word of scripture, God-breathed and filled with His power… This verse is rich with wonderful truth.

You may ask, “So, are you saying that this pain I’m feeling is from God?” No, my friend. The Word does not say, God causes everything to happen to us… but that He ‘causes everything to work together’ – and for our good!

Little things and big things, happy things and sad things, joy and tragedy, trials and troubles, everything in the believers life… God causes all this to ‘work together’ for our Good!!! Because we love Him, and He has called us for His purpose for us!

So when we are hurting physically, sick, lonely or heart-broken by loss of any type… even in this.. God IS Working! Because He loves you immeasurably my friend, He knows where you are and what is happening to you. Sometimes He intervenes and changes our circumstances… and sometimes He causes those difficult circumstances to ‘work together’ for our Good!

Either way my friends, we win! We are more than conquerors! We are His chosen children… and He is working everything together for your good… right now! We usually can’t see it… but it is still His Truth!  We choose to believe this by faith.  Or not.  

Father God grant us enough faith, if only a mustard seed, to believe that, even in our darkest trials… You are working for our Good!  Thank You Father, for paying attention to us, knowing our needs… and for working all things together for our good! You are such a wonderful God!
