Today’s Encouragement is Matthew 15:30 “And great crowds came to him, bringing with them the lame, the blind, the crippled, the mute, and many others, and they put them at his feet, and he healed them,”
Bringing with them –
The people heard of His healing power, recognized He did miraculous things, wanted to see for themselves, “Could it be true? Can the Savior, the Messiah, have truly come to us?” And they went to Him… bringing with them, laying at His feet, all those who desperately needed a miracle! Notice that these great crowds brought others to Jesus! No mention of their own needs… only their compassion for others, in need.
We too seek Him, we too need to hope in Him as Savior, we too can bring others to Jesus. Today, this is a spiritual effort because He is Spirit. Today, we bring ourselves and others to Jesus in prayer. We lay ourselves and our friends before Him, at His feet, through prayer…. trusting in His great mercy and Love.
Father help us to come to You at all times, and help us to bring with us in prayer, all those who are in need of a healing touch from You.
