Today’s Encouragement is Psalm 121:5 The LORD is your keeper; the LORD is your shade on your right hand.
The Lord is your keeper-
God doesn’t assign us to underlings, we aren’t just another sheep in His flock of hundreds of thousands, tens of millions… we are each His own, and He is capable of keeping each of us individually.
The NLT reads “The LORD himself watches over you!”
Imagine, if you dare… God Himself watching over you, every breath, every step, every word, every thought…. And all in perfect Love, not in judgement, because to Him… we are pure, righteous, and completely cleansed by the blood of Jesus! He sees no stain of sin in His forgiven children!
This isn’t us deceiving Him, rather it’s His perfect plan for our relationship with Him… which we can only have through Christ who makes us completely right (righteous) with God!
Father thank You for loving me, cleansing me by the sacrifice of Jesus, and watching over me perfectly, because You have chosen me as one of Your very own. Such knowledge is truly too wonderful for me!
