Today’s Encouragement is Ephesians 3:10 “so that through the church the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly places.”
Through the church-
Please don’t think of a building or an organization or denomination when you read the word ‘church’ in the Bible. My friends, you and I are the Church, the bride of Christ, all who are believers in Christ make up the full church, over times past and times to come… we are the church. We are living stones built together into one entity- His Church.
And through this one entity, even when represented by a few “For where two or three are gathered in My name, there am I among them.” Matthew 18:20. Through US… the manifold wisdom of God is made clear, revealed, disclosed to all creation, even to the rulers in heavenly places.
Is it possible that it is – our praise, our worship, our adoration of God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit… proclaiming His glory… that this is what reveals His manifold wisdom to the rulers of heavenly places? Perhaps it isn’t only our worship… but certainly… our worship proclaims His Glory, Wisdom and Sovereignty… and He cannot be denied!
Father help us to worship You well, in spirit and in truth! So that through Your church, all creation, physical and spiritual, will recognize Your wisdom, Your sovereignty… and worship You alone.
